About The Position

As a PRN Food and Nutritional Service Associate with Medical City Weatherford, you will be part of an organization devoted to giving back to the community. The Food & Nutrition Food Service Worker I will be responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies in the Food & Nutrition Department. You will demonstrate the ability to perform specific competencies as listed on the Competency Checklist.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred.
• Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Meets mutually agreed upon performance goals/objectives established annually as listed on the performance management plan.
• Utilizes systems/processes to ensure patient safety, infection control practices, department security & HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain and adhere to Food & Nutrition's uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
• Utilizes proper processes to achieve patient, customer & physician satisfaction goals.
• Foster a culture of commitment to the HCA vision, mission, and values of the organization.
