About The Position

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a PRN Facility & Water Specialist who oversees water treatment responsibilities, facility maintenance and assistance with supply coordination in Concerto’s dialysis dens, whether at established units or related to new den startups and/or closures. PRN Facility & Water Specialists are the subject matter experts on the functionality of Concerto’s dialysis machines and the primary contact for coordinating machines and facility maintenance and repairs at the clinic level.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation, as significant travel via car between units is required.
• This role involves prolonged walking, standing, stooping, and bending, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong focus and attention to detail are essential.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience in dialysis biomedical/technical field

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to staff on water treatment and hemodialysis equipment operation and principles.
• Maintain, repair, and oversee all water treatment and medical equipment, ensuring proper documentation and disinfection.
• Calibrate and document testing equipment, collect water samples for analysis, and report any non-compliance with standards.
• Support new dialysis unit setups and closures, including site assessments, construction monitoring, and IT setup.
• Conduct regular inspections, coordinate repairs, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
