Requirements

A working knowledge of cooking techniques and procedures is mandatory as well as an understanding of proper food storage, temperature holding and sanitation.

Responsibilities

The cook position should understand and complete production for ala carte and banquets using standardized recipes as well as proper set up and stocking of station-based par sheets.
must have a high level of skill and technique in an a la minute line production environment.
must be able to read tickets clearly, produce a consistent product in a high-volume situation and any special production necessary deemed so by a supervisor.
