Requirements

• High school degree.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Transports and supervises youth and families.
• Conducts and interacts in supervised visits.
• Provides other support to direct-line staff as needed.
• Coordinates transports and supervised visits.
• Maintains all appropriate contract-required documentation required for the transportation and the supervised visit.
• Provides all required daily/weekly reports to the referral source and the Youth Villages supervisor.
• Maintains professional communication with referral sources.
• Maintains ongoing assessment as outlined by the referral source and Youth Villages.
• Teaches and demonstrates parenting skills.
• Engages in required trainings to learn and maintain skills.
• Responsible for other support duties, as needed, as outlined by the Team Leader.
