Requirements

High School Diploma or GED or one to three months related experience and/or training (required)
Active Florida CNA Certification (required)
Ability to read and understand safety rules and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively communicate with residents, visitors, and other team members
Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test

Nice To Haves

Active CPR Certification (preferred, can train on-site)

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily needs, including answering call lights, bathing, dressing, and ambulation
Support charge nurses by taking vital signs, repositioning bedfast residents, and assisting with treatments and examinations.
Help manage meals by escorting residents to the dining area or delivering meals to their rooms.
Maintain resident safety and follow infection control protocols.
