Flow Therapy is currently looking for a PRN Clinic Director to help in an as needed capacity! No Nights or Weekends. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Flow Therapy is looking for a passionate and driven Advanced Practice Provider (APP) who loves building relationships and making a difference. We are looking for an individual to help with coverage in our Round Rock and Kyle clinic respectively. You will be an extension of each clinic's Clinic Director supporting the team in their absence. Requirements

  • Highly organized and self-directed, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, connect with patients, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Solution-focused mindset with a calm, proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
  • Authentic, hands-on leadership that inspires team growth, engagement, and accountability.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Certified, licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, required.
  • Five or more years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Two or more years of industry experience in cardiology, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create a caring, welcoming environment that delivers a positive, unforgettable experience for every patient.
  • Educate and inspire patients and families about EECP therapy, motivating them to stay engaged through the full treatment journey.
  • Evaluate new patient referrals to ensure medical appropriateness, safety, and compliance with insurance requirements.
  • Conduct and document high-quality E&M office visits, including orientation, weekly, mid-treatment, and final evaluations.
  • Oversee, coach, and perform (when needed) the safe and effective delivery of EECP treatments.
  • Complete documentation, reports, and charges with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Address clinical issues promptly and coordinate emergency care when needed.
  • Lead and mentor a small clinical team of CMA(s) and administrative staff, modeling Flow Therapy’s culture and values.
  • Create a collaborative, professional, and caring environment for both patients and team success.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to help team members excel and develop professionally.
  • Manage schedules, attendance, and staffing to ensure seamless clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.
  • Maintain clear communication and collaboration with your team, peers, and off-site leaders.
