Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from an accredited institution
• Active BCBA certification (and ability to obtain TN license within the first year of hire)
• Successful background check before employment begins
• At least 1+ years of experience, with bonus points for school-based work (K–12)
• Passion for culturally responsive care and educational equity

Responsibilities

• Design functional behavior plans for students
• Collaborate with IEP and intervention planning teams
• Provide behavioral support to K–12 students
• Utilize shared resource library for planning and implementation
