Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • an Active Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration.
  • An Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA CPht / ExCPT).
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy automation.
  • COV19 Vaccination (strongly preferred)
  • Must be able to commute to work at this site: 730 W Market St, Lima, OH 45801
  • Possess flexible availabilities (i.e., PRN match well if you are able to support shift listed when On Call, or, currently working 7 on 7 off, PRN status, Part-Timer, etc.)
  • Ability to travel for training.

Nice To Haves

  • Accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program completion.
  • 2+ years of hospital pharmacy automation experience.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills with automation devices.

Responsibilities

  • Operate Omnicell automation systems at customer sites following SOPs and best practices.
  • Manage inventory levels and perform restocking duties.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of XR2 equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between Omnicell and the customer.
