You will be the Operations Manager for the Advanced Threat Warning System (ATWS) Program at Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in Orlando, FL. What You Will Be Doing As the Prj Mgt & Png Ops Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Lead a team of employees who interface manufacturing to provide daily support across multiple sites and contracts/programs Interface with all functions to solution issues that impact production and meet IOP, contract and financial commits. Act as deputy to Prod Ops Senior Manager. Review status, budgets and schedules; prepare status reports for cross-functional and senior/executive leadership Assessing production issues and develops resolutions to meet IOP, contract and financial commitments. Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Must possess and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and full spectrum leadership competencies.
Experience with production/manufacturing environment and flow.
Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing technical background in areas of Electro Optical Assembly, optical fab/coating and/or machining
Previous Line of Business (LOB) experience supporting a Program is preferred
Previous experience with CAPEX (Capital) project planning and execution
