About The Position

Leidos is seeking Cyber Engineer to join our team and lead the transition to CyberArk for Privileged Access Management (PAM) across the Defense Enclave Services program. In this role, you'll design and implement secure PAM solutions, ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, support RMF-related documentation and audits, and supervise a small team. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days/week on-site at Ft Meade.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, relevant work experience, and/or military service
• Current DoD IAT Level II certification (such as Security+, etc)
• Experience with PAM architectures/solutions

Nice To Haves

• CyberArk Sentry or Guardian certification
• Experience with DISA environments or Fourth Estate Agencies
• Background leading technical teams
• Advanced degree in cybersecurity or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead CyberArk implementation and integration efforts
• Develop secure PAM architectures and procedures
• Align solutions with DoD RMF and NIST cybersecurity standards
• Support audits, accreditation efforts, and compliance activities
