About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM)/CyberArk Engineer to play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure PAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CyberArk technologies and will work closely with a collaborative cybersecurity team to secure critical infrastructure and sensitive data. This role supports compliance with stringent cybersecurity policies and the Risk Management Framework (RMF). What will you do: CyberArk Implementation & Configuration Implement, configure, and integrate CyberArk components, including: CyberArk Vault Privileged Session Manager (PSM) Application Identity Manager (AIM) Central Credential Provider (CCP) PAM Architecture & Security Hardening Contribute to the design and implementation of secure PAM architecture, policies, and procedures Ensure adherence to industry’s best practices and least-privilege principles Compliance & RMF Support Support alignment of PAM solutions with RMF, NIST cybersecurity standards, and other regulatory requirements Audit & Accreditation Support Provide technical support for internal and external audits Assist with accreditation and compliance activities related to privileged access controls Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with security engineers, system administrators, and development teams to enhance access control and security posture System Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of CyberArk systems Scripting & Automation Develop and maintain scripts to automate PAM operations and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience with a HS Deree/diploma
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions, including installation, configuration, and administration
  • Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts, principles, and best practices
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance

Nice To Haves

  • CyberArk Sentry or Guardian certification
  • Experience working in technical or cybersecurity-focused teams
  • Advanced degree in cybersecurity, information assurance, or a related field
  • Experience integrating CyberArk with enterprise tools such as SIEM platforms or ticketing systems
  • Demonstrated experience implementing least privilege access controls
