The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing privileged access, Linux and Windows administration, PKI certificates, secrets management, SSH, Remote Desktop Protocol, access control, and identity directories. As a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding sensitive systems and data by designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and enhance privileged access controls across diverse environments, ensuring compliance with security policies and industry standards. You will work with tools and processes such as secrets management systems, SSH, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), and PKI certificates to secure privileged accounts and manage access lifecycles. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, enforce access policies, and streamline workflows for privileged account management. To excel in this role, you will need a strong background in Linux and Windows administration. Experience with identity directories and access control mechanisms will be essential for integrating and managing user authentication and authorization. Your expertise in implementing and managing secrets management solutions will be critical for securing sensitive credentials and automating access processes. Familiarity with tools and protocols such as SSH and RDP will enable you to troubleshoot and optimize secure remote access solutions effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with PAM administration and engineering
  • 5+ years of experience with Windows administration and/or Linux administration
  • 4 years+ general IAM experience (i.e. access management, identity management)
  • Must hold the following certifications: DOD 8570 computing environment (CE) certification
  • Security+ and/or Linux certification (IAT Level II)
  • Must be a US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
  • Mut be able to obtain a Secret clearance
