Who we are looking for We are looking for Windows user administration Operations Lead to manage Privatize access provisioning and controls for Windows servers, create and manage GPOs in AD and to support audits around the PAM controls. Work Arrangement: Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the Quincy office. What you will be responsible for As Windows user administration Operations Lead you will be responsible for Configure Active Directory Policies to manage access on protected target systems 24X7 Operations Support, willing ness to work in Shifts / weekends. Windows Power Broker and GPO provisioning for Human and Non-Human accounts. ADP Portal for Windows Administration Development of power shell scripts to do automation as per the project requirements. Organize and coordinating meetings with the application teams to resolve application issues. Analyze, Configure and Deploy privilege security controls using Cyberark EPM Drive external dependencies through process and relationship to ensure project is delivered within schedule Fix issues reported by users for the supported products over emails, SNOW tickets and over Major Incident calls. Perform root cause analysis of major incidents What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role The primary responsibility is to work on the existing or new Incidents, Service Requests, and Tasks Triage the unresolved incidents or Requests to Leads Continuous communication with Leads and Customers Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening) Highly self-motivated and directed. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritize, organize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Monitor scheduled jobs and perform preliminary troubleshooting for any failures Education & Preferred Qualifications Graduation in Computer science or equivalent 5+ years of working experience with PAM tools Windows Power Broker, ADP Portal for Windows Administration, CyberArk EPM Salary Range: $90,000 - $157,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
