Position Summary: The Private Wealth Specialist (Real Estate) has mainly two focus, one is provide Real Estate Investments alternatives to our Latin American, European and Middle Eastern Clients and the other one is to track the US Commercial Real Estate market, looking for the best Commercial Real Estate opportunities. The Private Wealth Specialist (Real Estate) reports to the Private Wealth Senior Manager (Real Estate) in Miami.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of a broad spectrum of all kind of real estate investment properties.
  • In-depth experience investment and financing modeling for real estate investments
  • Experience in real estate consultancy and valuation
  • Experience with international and cross border transactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency
  • Strong Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiations.
  • Ability to work closely and co-operatively in a team environment.
  • Used to working under quantitative objectives.
  • Spanish, English

Responsibilities

  • Identify Real Estate opportunities, trends/vehicles in the US markets, new markets/sector in order to recommend investment alternatives to bankers and clients who wants to diversified their portfolios and include Real Estate as an Asset.
  • Analyze financial and economic models to support business cases and investment decisions of Commercial Real Estate opportunities.
  • Prepare and present the Real Estate opportunities to clients.
  • Support the closing of a Real Estate transaction
  • Track key international markets but mainly the US and Latin America markets.
  • Provide information about common practices in the US market, including information about cap rates, closing stages and periods, parties involved.
  • Maintain Database (Salesforce System) with information about investors, investments, brokers and the key information of the Commercial US markets or Europe.
  • Build relationships with US & Latin America Real Estate developers, ensuring that ‘first-to-know’ investment opportunities are provided to BSI’s clients
  • Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor
