Requirements
- Sophomore, Junior or Senior enrolled in an accounting or finance program at an accredited University or College
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Building a foundational understanding of wealth management and financial planning
- Supporting financial advisors with client meeting prep, portfolio observations, and research
- Learning industry tools and software commonly used in private wealth practices
- Shadowing Private Wealth team members to understand client service best practices
- Participating in training sessions that deepen knowledge of investments, retirement planning, and financial strategies
- Observing how trusted advisors build long-term relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
