About The Position

Crest Capital Advisors, a member of the Hightower community, based in San Diego, CA. Founded by 30-year industry specialists, Crest Capital has delivered full family office services to a select group of clientele around the country. As clients and their families have grown into more complex personal scenarios, the business has continually developed its suite of service offerings. Please note that at Crest Capital Advisors we are in the office Monday-Friday. We are looking for a Private Wealth Associate who is a multi-tasker with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving practice. You are thorough, organized, an excellent time manager, and are driven to develop and grow in your role. You will report to the Managing Director. #LI-Onsite

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Services
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Work with clients in person and over the phone in a professional manner
  • BA/BS degree in business, finance or related field preferred
  • Experience in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Acquire a working knowledge of the portfolio of accounts
  • High level client service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently
  • Series 7/66 or 63/65 required

Responsibilities

  • Provide white glove level of service to clients, delivering administration of client financial accounts and associated money movement
  • Produce client balance sheet, meeting materials, interface with clients with all aspects of money movement and asset / liability management
  • Prioritize and organize workflow, and collaborate on all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts
  • Onboard new client accounts through collection of client information and necessary documentation
  • Establish new investment accounts – drafting letters, preparing customer welcome packets
  • Respond to questions regarding accounts, policies, and procedures
  • Review daily activity and reconcile current client activity, fund transfers and previous day activities to ensure accuracy
  • Process client requests (wires, checks, journals, etc.)
  • Assist clients with establishing online access for statements and confirm
  • Maintain client files
