The Private Wealth Advisor / Director is a senior level business development / relationship management role, not a leadership position. Looking for Wealth Management Professionals in similar roles at like firms who have lived in the Greater Chicago Area for at least 5 years and has an established COI network, pipeline of high net worth clients, and involved in philanthropic activities. This role offers a competitive base salary in addition to an incentive structure linked to production. Provides advisory-based sales and relationship management to attract, retain and grow a portfolio of prospect and client relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience. Demonstrates an understanding of and care for the client through proactive delivery of holistic advice and solutions designed to meet the client's specific financial planning needs. Coordinates and integrated team of subject matter experts to craft and execute creative solutions for the client.
