About The Position

Join Club Z! Tutoring as an Elementary School Tutor in the greater Bethesda, MD area!

You'll provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring to elementary school students, helping them grow and develop in foundational math, reading, and writing. Our focus is on creating individualized learning plans that align with classroom curricula and the student's learning style.

Requirements

• Passion for teaching and engaging with younger students.
• Strong knowledge of elementary subjects, particularly ELA and numeracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
• Experience in tutoring or teaching elementary school subjects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person, one-on-one, in-person tutoring sessions with individually matched elementary school-age students located close to you in the greater Bethesda area.
• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans.
• Communicate progress and goals with parents.
