About The Position
Acadomia Florida is seeking experienced part-time Math tutors for middle and high school students in the Pompano Beach and North Lauderdale areas. As the leader in tutoring services in France, Acadomia is expanding its operations in Florida and is looking for passionate individuals who want to help students achieve their academic goals. This position offers flexible scheduling, with a preference for evenings and weekends, allowing tutors to accommodate their own availability while meeting the needs of their students. The hourly rate starts at $25 for in-person sessions, with the potential for higher rates based on unique expertise or experience. Tutors will have the opportunity to work closely with students, providing personalized instruction and support to enhance their learning experience. In this role, tutors will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Math, specifically in subjects such as Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Geometry. They will engage with students to review homework, assist with study skills, and help improve time management capabilities. Communication with families is essential, as tutors will need to confirm session times and locations, and submit brief reports after each tutoring session within 24 hours. The position requires a commitment to service existing clients' concerns and requests, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed academically.
