The Swim Instructor will provide private swim instruction primarily to adults from beginner to advanced level, but may also include some instruction for children. The instructor must have previous teaching experience, understand how to teach the “fearful adult swimmer”, enjoy helping clients improve their swimming ability and be enthusiastic, friendly and positive. The position is part-time and involves evening and weekend hours approximately 10 hours per week. This position provides a service to our Georgetown University students, faculty and staff as well as the local community. The position reports to the Aquatics Coordinator. The work performed contributes to the revenue generated by Aquatics department. This position has been designated as On-Campus.
