About The Position

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company that serves clients in all major cities across the US. They are seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients' private homes and community pools within the instructor's location and surrounding cities. InstaSwim provides the clients, and instructors have the flexibility to set their own schedules, choose which clients to work with, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson. The company prides itself on offering a fast solution for personalized, professional, and effective swim instruction for individuals of all ages and skill levels in the comfort of their own pool. Instructors are supported by a dedicated staff to ensure a seamless and fulfilling experience while earning competitive wages.

Requirements

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation.
Swim instruction equipment if need be.
Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
Ensure safety of the student at all times.
