About The Position

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' private homes and community pools. The company operates in major cities across the US, providing a fast solution for personalized, professional, and effective swim instruction for individuals of all ages and skill levels. Instructors have the flexibility to choose clients, set their own schedules, and receive payments within 24 hours after each lesson. InstaSwim offers a dedicated support staff to ensure a seamless experience and enables instructors to earn competitive wages.

Requirements

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transportation
Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults
Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans
Clear a background check

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility
Travel safely to and from clients pool locations
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style
Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs
Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients
Ensure safety of the student at all times
