About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Skate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skating and a strong ability to teach individuals of all ages and skill levels. This position involves providing personalized instruction to clients, helping them improve their skating skills, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment. The instructor will be responsible for developing tailored lesson plans, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere during lessons.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a skating instructor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of skating techniques and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in coaching or teaching sports.
• Knowledge of different skating styles and techniques.
• Ability to create engaging and fun lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skating instruction to clients of various skill levels.
• Develop customized lesson plans based on individual client needs and goals.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and encouragement.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment during all lessons.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
