You have a keen attention to detail and will utilize it when reviewing legal documents and determining account ownership. Requirements

  • 3+ years Real Estate management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Nice To Haves

  • Real Estate Sales or Broker's license
  • Appraisal License
  • Master's degree
  • 5+ years direct real estate management experience

Responsibilities

  • Review legal documents and determine account ownership for initial setup, review TREM files for accuracy
  • Identify assets to be liquidated based on market conditions and trends in the localized area, market the asset either through direct marketing or selecting and working with a local real estate agent/broker to market the property effectively
  • Negotiate purchase agreement/contracts, review and execute sales documents, and make appropriate recommendations to the executive committee
  • Conduct inspections of real estate assets to assess use, condition, environmental/liability hazards, and possible damage on or of the property
  • Estimate asset market value by way of ordering and reviewing real estate appraisals or conducting direct real estate market research including networking with professionals in the local market and conducting sales research
  • Negotiate and evaluate real estate leases on both city and agricultural assets, proper selection and researching of tenants, prepare and/or review of lease documents, monitoring performance of each asset and making appropriate recommendations to the executive committee
  • Maintain a working relationship with and provide assistance to account administrators
