About The Position

Straw-K (A-AArlington Abandoned Vehicle) is seeking a motivated, outgoing professional with apartment management, assistant manager, or leasing experience to join our team! Your multifamily background gives you a major advantage in this role. You will build partnerships with apartment communities, property managers, and commercial properties across the DFW area by promoting our private property towing services. If you enjoy relationship-building, working independently, and helping communities solve parking and compliance challenges — this is the perfect role for you.

Requirements

• Apartment management, assistant manager, or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Goal-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
• Basic computer and mapping/navigation ability
• Valid Texas driver’s license & clean driving record required

Nice To Haves

• ALN knowledge a plus
• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new private property towing accounts
• Build relationships with apartment managers, leasing teams, and property owners
• Promote company services through on-site visits, calls, email, and networking
• Achieving sales goals and contributing to growth in the DFW market
• Maintain strong, positive client relationships
• Serve as a knowledgeable liaison between the company and property staff
