About The Position
Girling Personal Care, a member of the Gentiva family, is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our team in Salado, Texas. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting elderly and/or disabled individuals in their homes or places of residence. This position requires a caring and dependable individual who can perform day-to-day caregiving activities based on approved tasks. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care assistance, preparing meals, assisting with grocery and personal shopping, running errands, and performing light housekeeping duties. You will follow company policies and adhere to the individualized care plans developed for each patient, ensuring that their specific needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
