About The Position

Private Music Instructors are instrumental and vocal specialists who work with students in a one-on-one setting. Instructors are expected to support students in preparing their ensemble and chamber music as well as provide appropriate scope and sequence for individual musical advancement. Instructors should also prepare solo material for student performance in the Spring. Timberlane is specifically seeking instructors to teach flute, trumpet, cello, upright bass, and soprano/alto vocalists.

Requirements

• Specialization in instrumental or vocal music.
• Experience in teaching music one-on-one.
