About The Position

STXZ Lacrosse is seeking professional and experienced private lacrosse trainers to conduct lessons for players of all ages. As part of the team, trainers will travel to local parks, lacrosse fields, or directly to clients’ locations in their area. STXZ provides the clients, and trainers have the flexibility to set their own schedule. Payments are issued within 24 hours post-lesson. STXZ Lacrosse is a national private lacrosse training company serving clients in major cities across the U.S. STXZ trainers design training plans tailored to each player’s unique goals and playing style. STXZ is dedicated to helping individuals grow their skills and confidence on the field. Trainers enjoy a seamless, fulfilling experience while earning some of the highest wages in the industry.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training lacrosse players of any age.
Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations.
Complete and clear a criminal background check
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients.
An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens.
Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training.
Ability to provide your own lacrosse training equipment for lessons.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group lacrosse lessons.
Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client’s availability.
Travel safely to and from clients’ preferred training locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals.
Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs.
Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience.
Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions.
Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress.
