Responsibilities

Provide essential support and care to individuals with physical, cognitive, or emotional limitations, helping them with daily living activities in their homes.
Assist clients with daily personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
Help with mobility: transfers & positioning.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, making beds, tidying living spaces).
Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed.
Follow care plans and communicate regularly with family members and supervisors.
