About The Position
We are seeking an associate with 3-6 years of private fund formation experience to join our Financial Services group in Boston. Our team represents clients ranging from first-time fund managers to many of the largest money managers in the world. We raise private funds across all major asset classes and strategies, including: private credit, private equity, real estate, buyout, growth capital, secondaries and funds of funds, among others. Additionally, our practice is top-ranked across industry publications, including Chambers USA, Best Lawyers and The Legal 500 US.
