About The Position

We are a growing multi-use event venue hosting everything from intimate private gatherings to large-scale productions of up to 1,200 guests. Our events include corporate functions, brand activations, private celebrations, nightlife experiences, and social gatherings. Join our team and directly impact revenue growth while building and expanding your own client portfolio.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or venue booking
  • Experience selling both small and large-scale events (200–1,000+ guests preferred)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Skilled in outbound sales, networking, and lead generation
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and closing ability
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based structure

Nice To Haves

  • Existing book of business or client relationships is strongly preferred
  • Candidates with an existing client base, strong industry relationships, or prior venue sales experience will be given priority consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and industry relationships
  • Identify and target corporate clients, event planners, brands, and social groups
  • Leverage existing client relationships to drive bookings
  • Manage inbound leads and oversee the full sales cycle from inquiry to signed contract
  • Conduct venue tours and client presentations tailored to event size and scope
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and customized event packages
  • Maintain accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and conversion metrics
  • Manage follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Utilize CRM systems and third-party lead platforms effectively
  • Partner with marketing to align campaigns with booking goals
  • Coordinate with operations for seamless event execution
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly booking targets
  • Maintain strong conversion rates across small, mid-size, and large-scale events
