Lyra is hiring its first Operations & Value Creation Analyst to work directly with the Value Creation lead and help scale our internal system for driving repeatable, measurable organic growth across a decentralized portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy. You will help transform fragmented operational and financial data into decision-grade insights, scalable tools, and documented best practices that Regional CEOs and OpCo leaders can actually use.
You will extend analytical capacity, sharpen insights, improve systems, and help turn promising ideas into durable operating leverage across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring scorecards, benchmarks, and reports using financial and operational data from across the portfolio
• Analyze OpCo performance to identify trends, outliers, and underlying drivers
• Support forecasting, modeling, and value creation bridges that quantify the impact of operational initiatives
• Pressure-test assumptions and narratives before insights are shared with Regional CEOs or executive leadership
• Partner with Regional CEOs and OpCo leaders to identify high-impact value creation opportunities across operations, pricing, productivity, and growth
• Quantify outcomes such as time savings, EBITDA impact, revenue capacity, or risk reduction
• Document initiatives as case studies and contribute to playbooks that allow best practices to scale across the network
• Help track and aggregate value creation impact at both the initiative and portfolio level
• Design and improve workflows used by OpCos to submit data, insights, and operational updates through internal collaboration and workflow platforms
• Act as an owner for internal tools, helping ensure workflows are intuitive, scalable, and adopted by operators
• Improve data consistency, and usability across decentralized systems to support reliable benchmarking and analysis
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting and friction through automation, smarter data ingestion, and workflow redesign
• Explore and pilot emerging AI and automation use cases that increase analytical leverage and reduce low-value effort across the Value Creation function and OpCos
• Participate in operational assessments or deep-dive analyses for select OpCos
• Support scoped 1:Few or 1:1 engagements alongside the Value Creation lead, with clear goals and defined handoffs
• Translate findings into clear recommendations, tools, or frameworks that return ownership to OpCo leadership
