Mercer’s M&A Advisory Services team is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Private Equity Senior Relationship Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity for learning, growth, and collaboration across Mercer’s human capital businesses, as well as working in close partnership with Marsh’s Transaction Advisory and Senior Relationship Managers to deliver the firm to our Private Equity clients. Private Equity Senior Relationship Manager We will count on you to: Serve as the key intersection point between Mercer and Marsh, building strong rapport and relationships with Marsh PEMA team members, and acting as the go-to Mercer human capital advisory lead for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. Build and deepen long-term relationships with private equity firms, portfolio company executives, and key stakeholders to understand their investment philosophy and operational priorities. Lead all areas of human capital by delivering Mercer’s services to private equity clients and their portfolio companies throughout the transaction lifecycle. Drive revenue growth by identifying and capturing value-added opportunities throughout M&A engagements, including post-investment and exit preparation, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term partnership sustainability. Collaborate with Mercer Transaction Advisory leaders and other Mercer practice consultants to provide guidance and leadership in delivering client solutions, while proactively supporting business development alongside Marsh client managers.
