About The Position
Our AmLaw 100 client for a mid-level finance associate handling leveraged credit work for private equity sponsors and private credit and bank lenders. Role Summary • Term and revolving facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth • Draft and negotiate commitment letters, credit agreements, and collateral packages • Coordinate across deal teams to keep timelines tight and documentation clean Candidate Profile • Mid-level associate with meaningful credit agreement reps and negotiation experience • Comfortable working directly with sponsor teams, lender counsel, and business principals • Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required Why This Role • A debt finance practice that consistently represents borrowers, sponsors, and lenders across a broad range of financings • Chambers-recognized banking and finance presence in key markets, paired with a deep private equity ecosystem • The Silicon Valley seat gives you proximity to growth-company and sponsor deal flow where financing and strategy move together
