About The Position
Our AmLaw 100 client for a mid -level finance associate handling leveraged credit work for private equity sponsors and private credit and bank lenders.
Requirements
- Mid -level associate with meaningful credit agreement reps and negotiation experience
- Comfortable working directly with sponsor teams, lender counsel, and business principals
- Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required
Responsibilities
- Term and revolving facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth
- Draft and negotiate commitment letters, credit agreements, and collateral packages
- Coordinate across deal teams to keep timelines tight and documentation clean
