About The Position

Associate – Investment Team Location/Type: Washington, D.C. • 100% Onsite Pay: $200,000 – $250,000 Schedule: Full-time Role Snapshot Associate on the Investment Team. Onsite in Washington, D.C. $200K–$250K total compensation. 2-year program with real promotion path. You’ll work directly with Partners and CEO's across sourcing, diligence, closing, and post-close value creation. You won’t rotate off deals after signing. You’ll stay attached. What You’ll Do Support 5–6 transactions per year Build LBO and operating models Draft investment memos and IC materials Prepare LOIs, term sheets, deal documents Execute diligence under tight timelines Attend board meetings and track KPIs Support add-on M&A and value creation 70% traditional deal work. 30% portfolio exposure. Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in consulting, IB, PE, or transaction advisory
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Heavy quantitative experience
  • Advanced PowerPoint and writing skills
  • High integrity and ownership mindset
  • Willing to work onsite in D.C.
