Requirements
- At least 6 months of nursing experience
- NYS RN license and registration
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Physical, QuantiFERON within a year
- MMR Titers within 5 years
- Malpractice Insurance
- NPI #
Responsibilities
- Perform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan
- Provide health promotion, counseling, and education
- Administer medications and other personalized interventions
- Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
- Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
- Additional responsibilities as required
