About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking a Private Duty Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Charlevoix, MI. This is a salaried position with benefits, where we care about our clients, caregivers, and staff. The right candidate should be self-motivated, driven, outgoing, and efficient with their charting and review of documents. The position requires working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, mostly in the field, with occasional staffing assistance as needed. Supervisory visits with clients and field staff will also be conducted routinely by the Clinical Supervisor. We have a great team with amazing growth opportunities coming our way, and we are looking for a 'go-getter' Registered Nurse to join our team and grow with us.

Requirements

• Current Michigan State Registered Nurse License
• TB test
• CPR certification
• Clear criminal background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation, Michigan driver's license, and auto insurance
• Experience with wounds, assessments, medication setup, and management
• Current and reliable cell phone and be easily reachable
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Organized with good time management skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct case opening assessments
• Develop care plans
• Perform medication setup and reconciliation
• Conduct wound care visits
• Perform supervisory and nurse visits
• Complete timely paperwork that meets DOH compliance standards
• Travel within the main coverage area
• Advocate for clients and their needs
