About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Private Duty Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one care in a home setting. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities and ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of the client. This is a 1099 position.

Requirements

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (state-required)
Ability to lift and assist patients as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and punctuality

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Previous experience in home care, private duty, or long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility support, including transfers and ambulation
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Assist with meal preparation and feeding if needed
Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain a safe and clean environment
Follow care plans and instructions from family
