About The Position
Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN) Location: HEGINS AREA Schedule: OVERNIGHTS Pay: [$28-32/HR] Make a real difference—one patient, one family, one home at a time. Traditional Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Private Duty Nurses (LPNs and RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to children in the comfort and safety of their homes and schools. Requirements
- Active PA LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Compassion, reliability, and a passion for helping children thrive
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience a plus (but not required — we train!)
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized one-on-one care to patients
- Follow and document the patient’s plan of care
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
- Perform routine assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and healthcare team
- Educate and support families in caring for their child
