About The Position
Helms Home Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for, one-on-one home care in Waxhaw, NC. Position Highlights: Provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of the patient’s home
Requirements
- Current NC or Compact State nursing license
- Familiarity with home skilled nursing needs
- Experience with caring for patients on a ventilator, g-tube and tracheostomy and or be willing to train
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Medication administration
- Use of Trilogy ventilator to monitor oxygen at night only
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Passive range of motion (PROM) exercises
- Lifting/moving
- Support with personal hygiene and elimination needs
