We are actively looking to hire compassionate, energetic LPNs & RNs to help care for our home healthcare clients. We are willing to train in G-tube, trach, and ventilator areas if needed . Our nursing supervisors are eagerly awaiting to teach nurses. Private Duty Nurse for 37 yo male, with G-tube in Carney, MD. Monday thru Friday: 8A-4P

Requirements

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Confidence to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care is preferred; however, willing to train qualified and interested candidates.
• Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
• Pediatric experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Working one-on-one in the client's home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner
