About The Position

The Homecare Company of Tennessee is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for clients in their homes. This role involves delivering high-quality healthcare services in a private duty setting, ensuring that patients receive personalized attention and care tailored to their individual needs.

Requirements

• Current Tennessee license as a RN or LPN
• Current BLS certification
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one prehire
• Driver's License and Active Automobile Insurance
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Prefer 1 year experience in private duty or home health setting and 1 year experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home setting.
• Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient information management.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor physiological status, and administer basic life support as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adapt care plans to meet individual patient needs and promote optimal health outcomes.
