Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (LPN) Springfield, MO Part-Time Shifts Available Make a real impact in pediatric home care—one patient, one home, one heartbeat at a time. What You’ll Do As a PDN LPN, you will: Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home Care for pediatric and young adult clients (infant to mid-20s) Manage complex medical needs, including: Tracheostomy care Ventilator support G-tubes / feeding tubes Medication administration Monitor patient status and respond confidently to changes in condition Partner with families, offering education and compassionate support Collaborate with our clinical team to follow individualized care plans This is focused, meaningful nursing—no rushing between rooms, no overwhelming ratios. Requirements
- Active Missouri LPN license in good standing
- Passion for pediatric or one-on-one care
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
