About The Position

Centria Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled professionals to provide 24/7 in-home care for a female client recovering from multiple traumatic injuries. This is a long-term private duty assignment in a home setting, ideal for those experienced in orthopedic and geriatric care. This client will have a private duty nurse on shift to support total care.

Requirements

• Experience assisting elderly clients with limited mobility
• Current CPR certification
• Current Negative TB test
• Reliable transportation to and from shift

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly clients with limited mobility
• Support all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene, toileting, ambulation, nutrition, and companionship
• Monitor and manage client’s medical needs as per care plan
