About The Position
We are seeking compassionate, reliable Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide private duty care for a client in Port St Lucie , FL. As a caregiver, you will support this client with activities of daily living.
Requirements
- Valid HHA or CNA Certification (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of professional caregiver experience
- Level 2 Background Screening (Required)
- Valid Liability Insurance (Required)
- Rehab Experience
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Family is requesting Female Caregiver
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting,catheter care)
- Assist with mobility and transfers must have experience with rehab clients
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and communicate with family members and supervisors
- Note the client travels with transport to MD appt's in Miami on those days shift will be 9 hours
- Client has 2 small dogs
