About The Position

Private Duty is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care in a private duty home care setting. In this role, you will support clients with daily living activities while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in the comfort of their own homes. This position is perfect for CNAs who enjoy building strong relationships with clients and providing consistent, personalized care. Service Locations: We are currently hiring for positions in the following areas: Thompson Station, TN La Vergne/ Murfreesboro Lebanon, TN Nashville, TN Centerville, TN

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment
• Previous private duty or home care experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support
• Monitor and report changes in client health to the supervising nurse
• Support medication reminders as permitted by state regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
