This is a core practice at the firm, not a satellite offering, with steady deal flow tied to sponsor and non-sponsor clients. The Role This associate will work on sophisticated financing matters, including private credit transactions and syndicated debt facilities. The practice regularly handles private equity acquisition finance, liability management, and special situations, often on complex, time-sensitive deals. Attorneys represent both borrowers and lenders, depending on the transaction.
