Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure senior mortgage loans secured on healthcare real estate collateral.
• Model financial operations of real estate-centric healthcare businesses.
• Draft investment and credit committee memoranda.
• Project manage loan transactions from origination to closing, ensuring internal approvals are obtained.
• Engage and coordinate third-party diligence reports, including appraisals and environmental reviews.
• Lead discussions with borrowers, sponsors, and clients to facilitate loan transactions.
• Conduct diligence on transactions, including financial statement analysis and site visits.
• Cultivate first-year analyst and intern talent.
