Requirements

Valid Florida CNA License or HHA Certificate
Successful completion of a Level II Background Check
Certified in classroom CPR
Up-to-date training in HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's care, and medication administration support
Dependable transportation for client visits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective teamwork and compassionate care
Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each client, providing thoughtful care and companionship
Preference for candidates comfortable with pets, to accommodate diverse home settings
